My name is Michaela Trimble, and I’m a freelance writer for some of the world’s top publications, including T: The New York Times Style Magazine, Vogue, Condé Nast Traveler, The Wall Street Journal, Travel + Leisure, and more.
My career has allowed me to travel the world, from witnessing how Botswana revived Africa's largest mammal migration to hiking an ancient pilgrimage route in Japan. I’ve met incredible people, from small-town farmers who radically changed their communities through innovative initiatives to artists who tell stories of their heritage through the objects they make. Be it people or places, I find nothing more sacred than a story well told.
